I am quit a fit guy, i am very active, i have well defind shoulders but i have quit a bit of fat on my torso and thighs my shoulders n calfs look great, i normaly eat breakfast and dont eat for the rest of the day until supper, and i play rugby and i can squat 140kgs and bench press 110kgs, i need to loss my belly and thighs before december.

I know that nothing will ever take the place of proper diet and regular exercise, however, I’m losing patients with myself! A few years back (I’m 38 now) I seemed to be able to see results faster, but now it just seems like my body fat will not budge. Which is better…treadmill or elliptical? Should I weight train only on certain days and then do cardio on others? Should these be combined in the same day? Diet wise….must I completely change to a drab no sugar, low carb, low fat protein diet or can I eat what I want, but just less of it? How do you ever know what the best plan is? Every magazine tells you something different! Also, this is just for more info…I have steel rods in my spine with a rather large fusion. I only have 2 joints left in my back, so I must be careful with that area.

I asked to many questions and given TMI haven’t I? LOL! If anyone is willing to help me with advice I would appreciate it greatly. My self-esteem is suffering big time. I know that the old we get, body changes are going to happen, but how can I improve on what I got left and maybe slow down the clock?

So i am not overweight or anything… i am a 16year old girl and I am 5′9" and weigh 130lbs.

but i do have a little layer of fat around my stomach area and i want to slim down my thighs a little… and i really want to do that before summer.

I already am really active, so don’t just say exercise more…
i already excercise for like 10 hours a week….
and i do eat healthy - no soda, no chocolate, no junk food like chips and ice cream… i can’t cut my carb intake though cause of sports.
