I need to loose weight quick, and i have asked this question before but all people say is buy diet foods/pills. But i don’t want to buy them, i need to know an effective way of loosing stubborn stomach fat without wasting money on useless products that are full with rubbish? So, if anyone knows how to loose weight effectively and naturally please tell me!

So I’m going out of town for about 3 months and when I come back i want to be about 15 inches smaller in my belly! does anyone know of a SURE way to get rid of my big belly FAST!??
I already know that I need to do cardio to get the fat off but if I do A LOT of ab workouts will that speed up the fat loss in my belly area?

I’m 6′ tall and weight 169lbs. I don’t think my weight is problem but rather fat that remains in some parts and I can’t get rid of it.
University started this week so I have access to free gym.

I just want to burn overall body fat, nothing else. So what should I do?

I was thinking 30 minutes of cardio every day. Running(treadmill), hiit sprints once I’m in shape, bike, stepper/elliptical or any other cardio stuff.
Also I’m keeping okeish diet, no unhealthy foods and nothing loaded with calories and fats…

Lossing Belly fat

i’m starting a new workout plan where i swim laps for an hour, about 4-5 days a week, and im wondering how long it will take for me to see toning/fat loss in my leg/ab area. like inner thighs, abs and obliques. i will also be doing alot of other ab work out legn work like squats, lunges, situps, side bends, etc. during the week. with a proper diet, how long should it be until i see a little bit of results?

If I eat fat free yougut for every meal(breakfast, lunch, dinner) and only that how much weight could i lose and how fast. Dont tell me its unhealthy because I dont care. Im 14, a little over 5′2 and around 100 pounds.
