…Maybe a "fat flush" one? I heard that to kick start weight loss, particularly around the middle, a fast/flush could help???
I gain/lose the same 10 pounds easily but this time it is a little more stubborn. I work out and eat sensibly… I just want a boost.

Has anyone done this?
I was thinking a juice fast to help clean out my systems. I already do eat healthily so that is not the issue here.

Hey everyone. I am looking for some quick weight loss methods to drop about 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I have done the healthy lifestyle and am working out, but need more. Does anyone have any extra ideas (lots of protein, no fat, lots of water, lots of celery) any thing like that to help get the rest of the weight off. I have been weight training and going to the gym for a while now and can see a physique coming along , I do however have around 1-1.5 inches of belly fat id like to get rid of as soon as possible .What is the fastest way to do this and how long should i expect it to take ? before the lectures i am aware that you cant target specific areas of fat loss just wanted a rough idea and/or tips . thanks

1 cup oat meal in the moring. then lunch carrots celery and a apple.then for dinner veggie soup i excrise for 1 hour when i wake up
45min on excrise bike then a 150 sit up/crunches sorry about my spelling
