I gain/lose the same 10 pounds easily but this time it is a little more stubborn. I work out and eat sensibly… I just want a boost.

Hey everyone. I am looking for some quick weight loss methods to drop about 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I have done the healthy lifestyle and am working out, but need more. I have been weight training and going to the gym for a while now and can see a physique coming along , I do however have around 1-1.5 inches of belly fat id like to get rid of as soon as possible .What is the fastest way to do this and how long should i expect it to take ? before the lectures i am aware that you cant target specific areas of fat loss just wanted a rough idea and/or tips . thanks
