hey just another quick question if someone can help. I really do like building muscle, but i hate looking at my fat, so i started just doing pure cardio running,bike,crosstrainer around 40 - 1 hour a day for 4 - 5 days a week. i eat fruit and veg and meat and lots of water, around 1200 cals a day…
Would it be better to add weight training in there ? or would i see more fat loss doing just cardio ?

I’m a girl,I’m 13 yrs. Old 5′8 and 155 pounds in not big but I would like to lose some fat and tone up (exspecualy for bikini season).I know that I will burn fat quicker b/c I’m 13 and my metabolism will work faster.

I have been working out for the last 5 weeks at my gym on a regimen of 2 days weight and 3 days cardio. I have lost no weight, but instead gained 4 pounds.
