……….list any quick fixes for weight loss. I am so tired of fat people eating and eating and then asking for a quick fix with junk food in their hands? PLEASE HELP THEM OUT!
1. Round one: 10 air squats followed by 5 Hindu pushups (5 minutes, then take a 30 second break) 2. Round two: One arm dumbbell get up followed by 3 one-arm/one-leg rows (5 minutes, the take a 30 second break) 3. Round three (do each exercise for 30 seconds and do these 4 workouts 2 times): Dumbbell piston, squat thrusts, dumbbell high pull, narrow grip pushups 4. Round four (30 seconds each exercise, repeat these 3 twice): Step back lunge, dumbbell Y-press, rotational curls 5. Round five (30 seconds for these 3 movements): dumbbell prone row, dumbbell clean, dumbbell press, then combine all 3 of the movements into one and do for 2 minutes. This workout takes about 30 minutes and consists of five rounds that last for five minutes. I suggest using some type of stop watch to make sure you’re doing each exercise for the appropriate time and taking the right amount of break between. Work hard and don’t let the lighter weights deceive you. This is a good workout that you can do every other day or every third day. I hope you enjoy! I consider myself to be very in shape and my workouts reflect my level of fitness, but I cannot seem to get rid of the remainder of some belly fat that is concealing my abdominals, which is annoying. As I know most of you will say "defined and cut abs are made in the kitchen and defined by how you eat now how much you work out" and I understand all that. I eat very healthy and am very careful about how many calories I take in.
Me: 178lbs - 5′11 - 10-12% body fat
Here’s my fitness regiment:

4x sets of 185-205lb
Max out dead hang pullups
1/4mile sprint @ 12mph
4x sets of 60lbs (each hand) incline dumbell press
Max out dead hang pullups
1/4mile sprint @ 12mph
4x sets of max out dips
Max out situps
1/4mile sprint @ 12mph
3x sets of 200m swim (max out pushups between each 200m)
(Back & Bicep Days)
5x sets of max out dead hang pullups (max out pushups between each set)
1/4mile sprint @12mph
4x sets of weighted pulldowns @ ~200lbs
1/4mile sprint @12mph
4x sets of bicep curls @ 65lbs
Max out situps
1/4mile sprint @12mph

After my workouts (within an hour usually) I have 8oz of milk (1%) mixed with 2 table spoons of blended flax seed, some sugar to replenish glycogen levels, and a small amount of protein powder. I usually work out at night so my workouts end around 10-10:30pm. I usually go to bed around 12-1am each night and have a small complex carbohydrate shake before bed to burn energy while I’m sleeping. During the day I eat small meals in intervals of 2-3 hours consisting of lean meats, fruits, granola, nuts (almonds mostly) and lots of water.

i am 14 years old, approx. 5′4 and 128 pounds
i am so fat so i don’t need you to tell me i need to lose weight, because i already know that.
What are some quick weight loss tricks.
By the way i play twice a week until like mid-march, then i will be playing 3 times a week for approx. 4 hours a week ( two 90 minute practices, plus a 1 hour game) i am also trying out for softball which, with God on my side, if make the team i will practice 5 days a week for about 2 hours Mon-Fri.
I want to do it in the healthiest way possible, so if you say "Don’t Eat" i will be really mad and you will CERTAINLY not get best answer.

Breakfast: Usually Yoplait Light Yogurt or some sort of fruit
Lunch: sandwhich, one slice of pizza, or a piece of breaded chicken (take notice: these are meals served @ my school daily, the other lunch option varies)
Dinner: Usually Chicken, Rice or Mashed Potatoes, with some sort of a veggie. And occasionally some sort of fish
usually little or no snacks other than an apple @ luch and occasionally a snack size bag of Sunchips.
