I wanna lose fat, don’t really care about weight loss, just want to get thinner. I say that because working out causes weight gain (muscle weighs more than fat). Any good tips on losing a pinch of body fat fast?

I am in good shape and i’m not fat or anything but i have like a 4 pack of abbs. no matter how much i work out i can’t get the bottom to show. i’m thinking i need to lose a little bit of fat but i can’t afford the stupid websites that say free but then you gotta pay through paypal. Hi, I’m 20 yr old male. I am 6′2” 235 pounds. I’m not fat. it’s just that my weight just goes straight to my face and stomach. Any quick exercises I can do at home to be in shape by the summer. All my gym equiptment was stolen when my house got robbed so I dont have no weights or anything. I just need some quick weight loss ideas. I wanna get down to atleast 200 pounds by the summer. k im 182 lbs and i need to lose like 20 pounds. i cant starve myself and i can’t try any pills. does anyone know any foods that that could aid me in weight loss?

ok, so i used to eat a pb and j sandwich for breakfast and drink a synthesix on my way to school, and i wouldnt eat 1st period and then 2nd id eat another pbj and next period a synthesix and so on till school let out. then id go to the gym for an hour to 2 hours and do heavy weight and cardio. i was gaining muscle quick but my body fat % was about 15% and i wanted to drop it to show abs so i went to a nutrition store and they put me on a special diet. they want me to eat 3 whole eggs and one egg white, and 3 pieces of toast (for breakfast) 3 hours later a protein shake and an apple, 3 hours later 5 ounces of chicken breast with a baked potato, 3 hours later another protein shake and 8 almonds, 3 hours later 5 ounces of any type of lean meat and half a cup of greens, 3 hours later another protein shake with a teaspoon of peanut butter and then go to bed
i started this today and going from eating pbj or a protein shake every hour every hour to eating every 3 hours, of course im starving most of the time, and when i went to the gym, i was starving and i had to cut the workout short and couldnt even get to cardio cause i felt so weak and ended up getting very light headed
and im not a small guy or weak or anything, im 17 and weigh about 162 pounds and im about 5′11"
so what do you think? should i reconsider this diet? i dont mind losing fat and just keeping the same amount of muscle as opposed to gaining muscle but if its going to cause me to lose any muscle i definitely dont want that. priority #1 for me is keep muscle and then #2 lose fat
what should i do?

Ive been going to the gym for about 3 months now but not really focused on my abs because i have a terrible lower back. Ive done a bit of research but im still not sure on the quickest way to get loss of belly fat and toned abs QUICKLY. Any suggestions appreciated!! :)

Ok so im 13 and i am a bit over weight then everyone else in my grade. im 5′5 i weigh 135lbs and i have man boobs, and im embarresed to take off my shirt. Theres a pool party at school for the ending of it and im very insecure about my weight please help me loose my man boobs and fat :/

I’ve been on a low-carb/low-sugar diet since March, and excercise out the wazoo. I do cardio activity everyday 60-90 minutes, and stability ball excercises for my lower belly fat and thighs I’m trying shed (but won’t go!!!) . I was not that overweight to begin with, which is why for 5 months all I could lose was no more than 12 lbs. But I have very stubborn fat in these areas that will not go. I do crunches, too. I’ve exhausted all avenues and have no clue what else to do. Could it be because that even tho my diet consists of fruit, vegetable, meat, dairy, nuts, beans, & whole-wheat bread — that it’s in high fat grams that I can’t lose weight? My diet is low-calorie (as all low-carb/low-sugar diets are) I take in no more than 1400-1600 calories a day, but it’s high in fat grams. Could my diet be hindering fat loss in lower-belly / thighs? Or are there other things I need to be doing amidst the diet and workouts?

This show has totally interested me. Not because I am fat but because I did once follow a strict diet. When i was young (about 14), I had 30 kgs to lose. I lost these over 1 year. I am concerned this show goes to quick, since people lose 30 to 40 kgs in only 3 months… does that comport a risk?

i really need to loss weight for my own good. its not that i am obese but i am over weight now ever since a month ago when something very bad out of the norm happened in my live. its not that i am comfort eating or anything. i still eat in the same way i had before. i had just stop eating for 2 weeks and then was particularly force feed for a month and that has made me over weight.
how do i loss it? i am not looking for a quick fix cause i know that losing weight takes time. i am natural a big build and i was wonding how i could turn all this fat into muscle seeing how i have so much FAT!
I PUT LIKE A STONE IN 4 WEEK DUE TO PPL FEEDING ME!NOT HEALTH AT ALL!
it hasn’t helped that i have been lazy these weeks and have avoided all strainous activities…
is there any exercises that people could recommend besides crunches and push-ups?
maybe something little but effective if i do every day for a certain amounts of time?
whats the best way to loss fat first then when i get to a healthy weight turn the rest into muscle. i really have no streght and i am completely drained off all energy most of the time now.
